Kia Ora Farm is a very Family orientated family venue, Since last year they have updated a lot of toys and games for kids to play along with the fab animals, The fire engine is a must visit for all kids, Bring your own picnic its an affordable day out for the family and safety is like no other, a large enclosed area with everything you need to relax with safety being key a shop that doesn't break the bank to. I have a boy who loves playing soccer with a large area for him to be able to do this and a little girl that has scalded every rabbit they have to offer today to hold. Well done once again Kia Ora for a great family day out.. Customer service is amazing.

    Family Day out
Lovely day out at the pet farm with a 2 and 4 year old. Loads to do. The 2 year old loved that he could hold a bunny on his lap. The fire truck is a lovely touch and the kids loved the spin in it! The sandpits were also a great hit. We met a lovely girl who took out a small Pygmy goat for us to see. Plenty of parking, all animals looked well cared for and the place was very clean. If we lived closer we would def visit again

    Good for great-aunts too
Plenty of space for children to run around and a huge variety of animals and birds to see and the rabbits can be petted safely. There is a well-stocked coffee shop with home baking but you can also bring your own picnic and use the picnic tables and seats. Although it’s geared for children of course, even adults enjoy it too and you could easily spend half a day here as there are so many attractions for the children.

Most defiantly won’t be back! Overpriced and run down with barely any animals! Old woman on the front desk was ridiculously rude and wanted to charge for our baby who was under 1 then accused us of lying and said she should ask people for birth certs from now on for proof of age of babies! Absolutely appalling first impression. The whole place is run down and has puddles all over, we were soaked leaving. The place is filthy. All the little cars and tractors are so old and most of them are broken and a danger to children. Owners need to take a serious look at the place and the person who they have to so call “greet” people at the entrance.

Brilliant place to go with kids of any age. Staff are really friendly and a great selection of animals. The goats are super cute and the diggers are a real hit for the kids

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Dangerous playground for under 4s. Plastic cars on steel bases. It's an accident waiting to happen
Overrun with rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens
Over priced 9.50 per ticket. We paid 45 euro yesterday they even charged us for a 3mth old baby full price.
Scandalous.
Scarce selection of large animals
Trikes broken and unusable in playarea upon entering.
Dirty and outdated basketball area.

Was charged for 2 children and one adult. I queried the charge as my youngest is not yet 1.
I was then accused of lying by an older staff member at the till, she was incredibly rude and it left a poor taste in my mouth.
It's my child's birthday in 6 days time and I had met family here to celebrate. The place itsself is fine and my eldest had fun wh but the woman who "welcomed" us needs lessons in politeness and how to treat customers...accusing your visitors of lying and giving them attitude is simply not good enough

We decided to visit this farm last week as it had come highly recommended to us from family and friends. Maybe our expectations had been a little high but we were not particularly blown away by it.
Yes, they have lots of great activities, the real diggers were a hit with my older children and they were all delighted to pet the bunnies. While they did enjoy the day out there, including going on the go-carts, seeing the variety of farm animals, and playing the outdoor games, I felt a little let down in general. The admission fee was €9.50 each, same price for adults and children and there was no family rate or discount for adults or additional siblings so as a family of 2 adults with 4 children we found it quite expensive.
The toy cars / ride on tractors etc were a little worse for wear and they could certainly do with fixing a lot of them or recycling/throwing them out as many were rusted, cracked, broken, missing wheels/handles etc. Also the screen on the diggers area was filthy, it definitely needs a good scrub or replacement.
There were plenty of picnic tables and we found the covered picnic area great as it sheltered us when the rain came. The fire engine ride was fun for the youngest with the little sing-along but you couldn’t see much, it was very much for the entertainment inside as opposed to looking out as the farm.
The little fenced in play area and sand pit were also good fun for youngest ones.
Overall, we did have a good day, I just felt it was overpriced for the standard of the facilities we experienced.

We spend the morning at the farm with out two young kids. We loved the farm. They had the best day even in this Irish weather!! They loved petting the rabbits, the wonderful spin in the fire engine, the bikes and seeing all the beautiful animals.
We definitely will be back on our next holiday to Wexford. Oh the diggers were a big hit with the kids, especially as they were free unlike other farms. A great way to spend time with the kids. Thanks.
