Went out for a trad session on bank holiday Sunday and was delighted with the venue and the session. As the night moved on there was a band in the back room keeping the craic going. Will be back soon.

A proper old country pub, this place still retains it's character and characters in a way that's slowly disappearing elsewhere. It's the sort of place you don't want too many people to know about in case it might change the feel of it but it's a little off the well worn path so it's probably in safe hands there. Small, cosy, friendly. A back room that was once a kitchen with an old range cooker for a cold night. A piano for the musically inclined. Good bar staff ready for a chat. Whether you're local or near the area, it's worth a look and if you stay around long enough, someone with probably sing a tune or two. Only open on weekends as far as I'm aware so just keep that in mind. Two thumbs up.

Annie Mc Ginn's is a real old Irish pub. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. You never know when a sing-song is going to start! There's a great selection of drinks and although I'm not a pint drinker, I've heard that the Guinness is great here! The gin menu is more my thing and these are top class👌. Definitely worth a visit...Annie's will not disappoint!!
