Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Crookstown Service Station is our reason to leave the motorway on any visit to Dublin from Tipperary.. Just a couple of miles from number 3 exit we usually stop for sandwiches and coffee. Sandwiches are made freshly to order, and the coffee, although machine made , is always first class. Tables are provided inside the shop and they also have a quaint little outdoor seating area, using a refurbished old Morris Minor car as furniture. I have always found the staff pleasant and chatty which helps. At our age we take every opportunity for a " comfort " break, and I must compliment them on their toilets, always spotless and sweet smelling.

We were very disappointing - having read about this place on the web we were looking forward to visiting. It's very small and quaint but the main shop was closed, only the flower shop and hat maker was open and this was over an hour after advertised opening hours. There isn't a Deli - there's a coffee shop at the Service Station which has some nice cakes and sandwiches but not much room to sit so left after 5 minutes

Not too sure about this place. A bit difficult to navigate. Wasn't drawn to any of the shops really. Stopped and had a coffee at the filling station. Needs more work
