Surprised by the empty storefronts. Shops come and go along with art galleries. Restaurants are the mainstay. Parking is pricey. Some construction limits parking and free parking on the side of the road. But, it is a trade off if you want to park at...More

They are in the process of renovating many stores so I'd say that you might want to check back in a few months. The free trolley makes a stop here. If you are touring on the trolley, you might want to get off. There are...More

They have put a major effort into bringing the old city back to life. There are lots of artists, along with lots of bars and restaurants.

Our son & his girlfriend rent an apartment on Gay street! Very quaint and we loved the architecture! Walking around with our dog was great because the city is very pet friendly. Highly recommend.

A reviilized part of town with buildings converted to pubs and restaurants. I wasn’t overly impressed but then again we had already eaten. Good part is its serviced by the free trolley

I walked all the way from Market Square and was sorry and tired. Not worth it as they're working on buildings and there just isn't much to see.
