We (2 of us) met Mr.Henry Harrison at the door, He started telling and showing us Carl Perkins items in the front entrance room, then into the music hall. Henry knows personal details about the early years of music entertainers, like Elvis Presley and many others. Henry has met and talked with Beatles, one at a time over the early... More

There is a large collection of memorabilia from mostly unknown, B, C or D level entertainers. A few greats are showcased such as Carl Perkins but who wants to see some drummer's or bass player's junk that just happened to play with someone that made a couple of records. Drive to Nashville and see what a real hall of fame... More

This is a very interesting tour for people who love rock-a-billy music or the people who got their inspiration from it. Some surprising info was given and we were allowed to play the drums and guitar.

Terrific tour. Learned quite a bit of an era that I am just a little too young for. Henry is absolutely fantastic! Quite a few interesting facts and stories from someone who was involved with Carl Perkins first hand. It was also great to play an actual guitar and drums set with real history. A must see when in Jackson.

If you have the time stop. You will see the story of this particular type of music. See a pair of Carl Perkins blue suede shoes. You are bound to learn something.
