Our guide was very knowledgeable and made sure we knew what it was like back in those times. Don’t Miss it! Only wish we had time for the ghost tour! Next time!

We learned so much! Our tour guide, Alicia, was informative, engaging, and entertaining. Everyone in our group - 60 year olds, college students, and elementary school aged kids - loved it!

We had a great time with our guide, Alisha. The 90 minute tour flew by. Although I grew up in middle Tennessee, I still learned plenty on this tour, and the ghost stories were awesome. Alisha really had a great way of telling those stories...More

Franklin on Foot is well worth the money! Alisha, our guide, was the BOMB! She is the most amazing storyteller! Also, she is shy about asking for tips. Please tip her! SHE DESERVES IT!

Our Widow of the South tour includes tickets to the 3 houses that you then tour on your own. Each site offers its own tours. You save quite a bit doing it this way.

Absolutely. We welcome dogs on all our tours. We do briefly go inside a couple places on some daytime tours, however. One is a church that doesn't allow dogs. Which tour were you considering?

Most tours are 90 minutes. Food tour is longer. Cost for most is $20 per adult, less for teens and kids. Not a lot of walking. They stick to downtown historic area, stopping at several spots to tell you about the history.
