The Tennessee Riverpark has a path that stretches for miles, but our favorite spot is next to Chattanooga State Community College. It's got a great playground (2 separate playgrounds with age appropriate equipment to serve both younger kids and older kids, separately), multiple large covered...More

Too bad the fountain wasn't working nor was the water running from the stairs. But still a nice spot in Chattanooga to visit. A lot of Indian art and explenation of the signs.

Nice park and place to walk or picnic. Great for kids to play and cool off in summer heat. Nice view of the Tennessee River and bridges.

I imagine that there is more to the Riverpark than I experienced, so I'll clarify that I am speaking about the water features in front of the aquarium. There's a large open pedestrian plaza that has river-like water features that kids can play in. It's...More

Paid $2.00 to park. Walked all the way down here with our two small kids, and the water is not on. Its 1:00 p.m. and sunny so there is no excuses. Without the water being on it is extremely disappointing.

Riverwalk is nice but beware of people less fortunate living under bridges. The day I walked it was very hot, so bring water. If I go back to Chattanooga, I would bike ride it.

Sure! There is plenty of room so folks that don't like dogs don't feel crowded. There is plenty of green space so your dog can do his business as well - don't forget to clean up! I recall several pet stations with bags... More

I take off at the arts district exit from Amnicola Highway. There is limited free parking on a dead end residential street. That being said, I've always found parking there even on Saturday during RiverBend. It's a... More
