Visited Ruby Falls with older family members. Didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. I'd advise sticking near to the guide as we did and I know some information about the rock/stalagmites/stalactites formations wasn't explained or heard by all the group especially at the back of the line. My older family members didn't have any problems with the... More

Ruby falls is well worth the trip. Be prepared to do a lot of walking in the cave. Interesting spots along the walk to the falls. We had a pretty large group go in at the same time, which made it impossible to hear what the guide was saying. Only the front few people heard anything along the walk, so... More

The caverns are beautiful and the falls are exquisite. The light show just accentuates the beauty of the place. It does get very busy and the certain areas within the caverns are extremely tight with low ceilings. I strongly would advise you arrive for the first tour of the day. We got there at 8am and the tour departed at... More

A MUST SEE. Yes we went when it was crowded, and its a touristy spot. BUT when you get past the cheese of the tourism and love it for what it is.... it is AMAZING. THE FALLS shoudl be a MUST SEE FOR EVERYONE! Worth the price and hike :)

WARNING, If you are claustrophobic don't go. I am not and thought I was going to have a panic attack, which I've never had. It's a little eerie at first but then you get going through the cavern to the Falls and its simply AMAZING! LOVED IT! We would definitely visit again, especially as our kids get older. Take a... I haven't read about this waterfall before visiting and it was a surprise for me that it is an underground waterfall and I was thrilled by the way we reached there. We went on a long weekend and there was a loooong queue in which we waited for almost 90 minutes. But was totally worthy.

We walked for about 1/2 mile along a well constructed path in the caves. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and also extremely entertaining. He made she show and I wish I could remember his name. I felt the group was too large as the people at the end could not hear the guide's banter. In fairness, every time he... More

Having a great guide is key! Seeing the way nature works over time under ground is amazing 😉 Does get little chilly as you go down so take a light weight jacket

The Falls and the cavern was really something to see. My husband and I did this on our couples weekend. You can't have any walking problems or you will not be able to do the 30 minute walk to the falls. It is mostly level walking but it is natural so you have to watch your footing. For the most...
