This is not just another western museum. I was fortunate to have a tour of the museum with a guide. He was knowledgable and presented a history of the area that was amazing. This is a must see if you are in the area.

Quite a bit of information on the local ranchers and pioneers of this area. However staff was not much help when we were there as they had an upcoming special event they were working on.

This museum has everything you need to know about cowboys - what they wore and rode, etc. Also a lot on rodeos. My favorite area was the old wagons: chuckwagon, sheep wagon, stagecoach, hearse, etc. all authentic old West.
