About 8 hours. We went for all you can eat 99 cent pancake breakfast at 7:30. Tours didn't start till 9:00. Lasted till about 5:00. Stayed for dinner and show. It was over about 8:45.

we stayed at the Residence inn in Rapid City, so we drove to the starting point. Free parking there and a cutsey old west village plus a building dedicated to the making of the film dancing with wolves
