We have visited Stave Kirk Chapel several times over the years and it never ceases to amaze me the construction techniques used here. Great for the "builder" in your family.

If you like the the architecture of Norway you must see this church. It is an exact replica of Borgund Stavkirke of Laerdal, Norway. They do have mass there on certain days and have a prayer trail that goes behind the church which is easily...More

There are ramped sidewalks leading to and into the chapel, gift shop, and museum. The slopes are rather steep in some places, due to the nature of the terrain. To access the restrooms, there is one step up.
