My wife and I were visiting Charleston, SC for the first time recently. We were driving around and saw a sign for a winery. We followed the signs and ended up at Deep Water Vineyard. People were friendly, had a few samples, and bought a couple of bottles. I wouldn't go to this Vineyard unless I was in the area.... More

Love going out to the vineyard. There are lots of grapevines. There's a picnic area and live music during the summer on the porch. The gift shop sells Peach Bellinis and another drink made from the wines. The wine tastings include a souvenier glass. These are muscadine/scuppernong wines. If you don't like sweeter wines, then this isn't the place for... More

My sister had been here a few months ago and had not done a tasting. So we decided to give it a try. It was great. The server was exceptional! She knew the product and related it to each of us. She mentioned the new owners added the bar and the wine holder, both of which are great. She also... More

The staff was very nice and informative. Low tide was my favorite, but they had something for everyone! The tasting inside really wasn't kid friendly, but outside kids can pet and feed bunnies, swing and run around outside. We will be back for sure!

The winery was fun and had five wines to taste all made from muscadine grapes. They had a nice range from sweet to dry. They could also ship wine to Indiana!

My family and I visited from Illinois. The drive out and the property are beautiful. Our wine tasting was fantastic. Our hostess was knowledgeable of the wines, property history, winery and the grape itself. We enjoyed it. We went home with three of the wine varieties. While we were tasting, our teens went to visit the animals and play on... More

We spent a nice two hour visit between the vineyard and distillery. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and great products to sample.

My husband and I visited from Boston and wanted to do a wine tasting. This was such a beautiful property and staff was very knowledgeable. Each wine was delicious and much sweeter than most wine tastings we have been to which was great because I love sweet wine! The tasting was $6 for I believe 5 wines and their grape... More

You hear muscato wine and think syrup…not these wines they are (sorry) surprisingly good. The tasting room is nicely done and the ladies working the winery are very nice. You get to keep your tasting glass and can grab a wine cocktail to walk around the grounds that is shared w Firefly with all kinds of animals! A mini cow,... More
