We have gone to Myrtle Beach for the last few years and have gone on either the Sea Thunder or the Sea Screamer. There are between 8 and 14 of us when we went on them. We like the Sea Screamer better because you get wetter that boat, but both are great. Sit on the back when it's on the... More

Very affordable, and family friendly.. nice ride out the intercostal waterway and then out to the ocean... the captain is very knowledgeable and informative, and the first mate super attentive and friendly with any needs or questions... we saw lots of dolphins!! However if you don't see any, you get a free pass for another ride..

I have been on the screamer about 8 times the past 8 years. We loved each and every trip but "back in the day" it was guarantee 🐬Dolphin sittings🐬 , if you saw dolpins on your cruise but you were guaranteed to get SOAKED and to enjoy a great boat ride! Made my vacay!

We wanted to take this tour to see some dolphins and quite honestly we saw more dolphins off our balcony at the condo in the morning. We were very disappointed they weren't closer to the boat than they were. The driver of the boat turned the boat in such a way that we got very wet (wish I would've taken... More

We had a blast on the Sea Thunder! The Captain and his mate Jason were fantastic! The sights were spectacular through the intercoastal waterway and then you go out to the ocean.. The boat speeds up and you get splashed.. Especially in the front, so take a towel...then you will find the Dolphins! We saw two! Great attraction and out... More

We decided to take the Sea thunder and it was a great choice. We thoroughly enjoyed speaking with Captain Patrick and First Mate Jason who are both excellent people. ( do not blame anything I write on them) One thing I noticed was a lack of music aboard the cruise. During the 6 mile ride to the Atlantic Ocean bits... More

It's set up with a shrimping boat that they travel to, the shrimp boat attracted many dolphins with fish they discard back in ocean. We did see numerous dolphins. Ride out and back was nice, but we wouldn't do it again.

The Sea Thunder, sister boat of Sea Screamer, is a great family attraction that takes you from the dock in Little River, down the Intercoastal Waterway, and into the Atlantic Ocean to observe dolphins off the shores of North Myrtle Beach. Great fun for all. USE SUN SCREEN for this event.

The trip was okay and we did see Dolphins at one location. It was near a shrimping boat and almost seemed staged if that's even possible. Kind of kidding but it had that feel. It was a slow ride to get to the ocean and almost 45 minutes of it is a slow ride. Funnest part was being in the... More

We wanted to see porpoises, and we did! The crew knew where to find them. We followed a shrimp boat for a while watching gulls and small fish eating the stuff washed overboard, and the porpoises were eating the fish and playing around the boats. The crew gave a good tour along the beaches and it was a good ride... More
