It was alright, a little on the small side, especially for the price. If you have some time to kill you might consider visiting.

We visit the aquarium every December as part of our trip to Myrtle Beach. Our daughter loves all the fish and loves the moving sidewalk. We were excited to learn that they are expanding and adding penguins! Can't wait for next December.

We visited Ripley's Aquarium primarily because of the 'Festival of Trees.' I thought it was a good deal to get twice the number of attractions in one admission price. Ripley's is located at Broadway on the Beach. Ripley's gives military personnel a significant discount so...More

Since I live here, I enjoy going to the aquarium at Christmas time to enjoy and try to guess from the decorations on all the different Christmas trees throughout, which State each tree represents. It's very enjoyable and educational any day of the year. They...More

One of the best aquariums I ever saw. They have a great verity of sea creatures, set in a beautiful environment. Perfect place for any age group.

It was fun. Everyone like touching the jellyfish. We was able to take a family photo as we entered that was available to purchase shortly afterwards. We also loved going around and watching the fish above and around us.

I have enjoyed visiting many times over the years. I like the different exhibits that change but also enjoy the ones that don't. This weekend I got to experience the aquarium through the eyes of my young niece and it was especially magical. She and...More

Under water tunnels are awesome. Can be a little intimidating for young people so be careful. Lot's of living things you can pet an touch. Worth every penny.

We take my niece there all the time and she loves it. The shark tunnel is really cool. I also like the jelly fish exhibit. A little expensive, but they sometimes have deals during off season.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Chrissy and Jamie! When we first went down to the Rainbow tank Jamie was diving and dressed as an elf and Chrissy was on the outside talking to us. Heath (16 months old) was afraid but...More

Hello. We went on a Saturday evening around 6pm. It was pleasant. Not to many visitors were there. You can always call ahead to confirm before you get there. Safe travels!

I don't think you will need snacks. I sure you could take bottled water. It doesn't take that long.
