The Pier was a great place to spend an hour or two, just relaxing and watching the people fish. Parking was hard to find, but the pier was clean.

Great atmosphere, good music and fun, adult beverages and drinks for the under age. If you're in to fishing you can fish all day for a small fee. There is an arcade for the gamers to! JUST LOTS OF FUN!!!!

Have not been there since the 80s. Looks the same. Dark wood paneling on walls. Still has smoky smell to it. Pier itself was very nice. Staff was very friendly. Will go back.

Family and young adult fun. Sit back and relax, listening to music, watch others fish, and enjoy a hamburger. Great time had by all.

We played video games, walked the pier and listened to music at the deck restaurant. People fished all around the pier and could rent equipment in the shop there.

The pier is a great place to go and relax and enjoy some entertainment. Karaoke or band sometimes. It's awesome.

We always enjoy stopping by the bar for a drink and sitting in the tall chairs that overlook the ocean. Friday night live music is fun and the whole thing is just pleasant. Bring a light jacket. It was cool and breezy on my visit...More

This pier has a lot to offer for all age groups. A large game room, a gift shop, fishing, bait house, good food, 2 bars and live bands. Garden City takes a lot of pride in their pier and it shows. Most piers on that...More

As far as the fishing questions, I have no idea. I'm not a fisherwoman. However, check the internet and I'm thinking there may be a website with the information you are wanting.

A daily pass for adults is $9.50 with a two-rod limit. Children 12 and under fish for $4.75. A seven-day pass is $50; and a season pass (March-December is $150). Rod rentals are $9/day with a deposit. You will love it!!
