Great course for a nice round of golf. Interesting layout and challenging. Not many golfers out. Fun course to play!

I am a 14 handicap so I struggled to keep the ball in play on some of the tight holes but this course is definitely worth playing while visiting Fripp. I had been to the Island 3 previous times and never place Ocean Point before July 2016. The course was plush and in spectacular condition. We took a lot of... More

Ocean Point Golf Course is a wonderful, well-manicured course. The staff are wonderful, and very accommodating. Somewhat challenging, more so for a hacker like me. One piece of advice: do not try to retrieve balls in water; a number of alligators reside there.

Its a great course to play. Very nice course and several fairways and greens with ocean views. Played there with a group of friends and ocean point is everyone's favorite. They also have another course Designed by Davis Love but ocean point has the best views.

On a summer day in South Carolina there is no place I’d rather be than standing at the first tee of Ocean Point Golf Course overlooking the vast ocean. It is the only course that can show the views that the Fripp Island keeps hidden to most. It has the ocean to your back and the breeze that follows your... More

Was on the island visiting friends who suggested we hit the links. Was definitely amazed to play on a championship caliber course. Just beware the gators in and around the water hazards!

FRIPP ISLAND RESORT Fripp Island, S.C. If you draw a blank when someone tells you they are heading for Fripp Island, South Carolina, you probably aren’t alone. Take for instance Rand McNally’s cartographers. They seem quite unaware that there is a road, albeit only one, leading to this remote barrier island. It is with some irony then that such an... More

I play this course 4-5 times per year during a couple of different visits to Fripp Island. Each time it is in great condition. This is the first course on Fripp Island and is really fun to play.

Truly a nice course with plenty to keep golfers of all skill levels on their toes. 9th and 18th holes are what you're paying for. Enjoy the alligators in the water by the 9th tee box.
