Great place to hike

Nice walking paths. Great craft festival at Thanksgiving turkey. Good bird walks. Check calendar for activities or just go any time to hike, bike, horse ride, etc.

ASC Greenway is an absolute treasure for Ft. Mill. Beautiful land loaded with history! The walking tours are guided by knowledgeable people and the events hosted by the Greenway are always topnotch! If you're visiting Ft. Mill it is a "must do" stop!

I took my grandchildren to Anne Springs during their fall festival. We had a great day. They had arts and crafts, mining, hayrides, all kinds of fun activities for the kids. They also had some good food and to finish it off we took the tractor ride down to the pumpkin patch and got to pick our own pumpkins. We... More

Great hiking trails and year-round special events. The new amphitheater is amazing and fishing ponds are great for families.

Attended a wedding on the ground and in the dairy barn at Anne springs close greenway. Wonderfully kept and easy to use grounds and barn. Unfortunately did not get to explore besides the wedding but other reviews make it seem very nice as well!

A great place to hike and enjoy nature. The hike around Lake Haigler is fairly easy and so picturesque. We were there during the week and only saw two other people. We are moving to the area and look forward to the concerts in the spring.

For those who like hiking on low-med difficult trails in the middle of the woods, the Anne Springs Close Greenway is a hidden treasure. It's not that hidden, as there are many entrances to the Greenway. But these entrances must be invisible to many residents of the area, because my wife and I hardly see anyone else on the trails.... We literally had no idea for years that this place existed! Hiking, biking & horseback trails with waterfalls, creeks, swinging bridges, a campground. kayaking, & a mill all located on over 2000 acres - breathtaking! Come for a short visit & have a picnic or spend the weekend. You will not be disappointed. Deer, turkeys, beavers etc are often spotted... More

Made my first visit to the Greenway today to see the grist mill that inspired the name for Fort Mill. Walked the Prairie Loop. Trail is well maintained, but the signage could be improved. Take a map with you so that you will know what to do at the several forks in the trail.
