The church was not open when we visited, but the cemetery featured many interesting, historic graves in such a pretty setting with Spanish moss hanging from the trees.

This weekly Wednesday professionally performed concert at the unique Circular Congressional Church is exceptional ! The one hour and a half multi-faceted performances were accompanied by a variety of instruments. I found it described in the Church information, but will certainly recommend to the Charleston...More

Beautiful church! And a beautiful cemetery! So many wonderful headstones that are somehow so well preserved. The oldest grave in Charleston is in this cemetery. It's definitely worth a walk through. There is also a beautiful live oak in the back of the lot that...More

This church looks really old. It has an old graveyard next to it as well. It looks European or something as the architecture is different than all the other buildings. It's definitely worth a look. I liked it.

Congregationalists were among early settlers, but now are mostly represented here in this church which has long been a leader for social justice and a host of concerts and performances. Beautiful interior, interesting graveyard. Lovely little Greek Temple in the graveyard.
