Folly's Favorite Lighthouse seen from across Charleston. A favorite of Brides and Grooms from Charleston Wedding Service, as well as a reference point on any walk about from Charlestonian Properties.

We took the Absolute Reel Screamer boat trip to this island. So fun! Lovely stuff to be found here, including sharks teeth, conch, Civil War relics, sand dollars, and all kinds of shells.

Took a boat out to here with Outdoor Adventures. They pull up on he beach and you can walk along. The lighthouse is beautiful. Very atmospheric. Really very peaceful.

Enjoyed learning about the history of the place and the view over the water. Nice place to take a walk on a sunny afternoon.

If there's any way to swing it, this lighthouse is a must see. Make sure to venture around the point where the dead trees and driftwood lay. Makes for beautiful photos.

Wonderful lighthouse many people have forgotten. Look up the history, amazing, right? The walk is a long one with nowhere to sit. Then the sand eeeeek.. do it anyway. Wow. The tide was out so it looked soooo obtainable, but don't be fooled.

We used Charleston Outdoor Adventures for our trip to Morris Island. You would need to ask a tour company whether or not animals are allowed on their boats and/or the island!
