City Hall is located in a very important historical site as it's situated on the 4 corners of law. Impressive building and is one of the stops on your visit. We did it on our walking tour.

It's a very nice old building with a really nice little square behind it. The square has a statue of George Washington. The building has great columns and looks very impressive. Nice to look at.

Enter through the metal detector and take the elevator to level 2 to see the most amazing council chamber. Beautiful design and execution with its own art collection including a large portrait of George Washington. The docent does a great job of explaining the history.

I have been in here before for meetings, but it's always crowded so I really never got to see the beauty in the chambers. There is a wheel chair access, but the marble stairs are beautiful on the outside. You do have to go through...More

Accidently went there as they are the closest restrooms to the Battery. Quite attractive building that originally was a bank.

We went to the 2nd floor to see "Cromwell's Revenge" and had a marvelous time with Lindsey the docent. She is so full of humor and interesting stories! A really fun thing to do!
