Join a 13th generation Middleton, for a personalized local perspective. End the tour in a private garden with refreshments. Walk with a local who grew up romping the streets of the downtown peninsula. The history of the city will come alive through the bricks and mortar still standing.

Our tour was very informative and Anne did her best to carry on through our torrential downpour. Anne's manner is friendly and yet professional. I particularly enjoyed hearing stories of Anne's experiences as a child in Charleston and she was able to relate in vivid...More

We already had taken a very good carriage tour, and we were questioning whether a walking tour would be worthwhile, and this one certainly was! You get into the little back alleys with the personal history perspective of a 13th generation Charleston native. We were...More

We had a wonderful tour with Anne. She gave us stories of her childhood in the city that added modern day reality to the deep history of the region. The time flew by as we wound our way through the alleys and streets of Charleston.

I loved the personal touches of the tour. It was the perfect blend of both historical and first hand account information. The customer service was exceptional! When I had questions, they were responded to promptly. I highly recommend this tour to anyone!

The walk thru Charleston's streets was fantastic. Anne provided the type of information that only someone who has lived in the town her whole life could provide. It was informative and her personality made this tour extremely enjoyable.

So sorry you felt underwhelmed by your experience. Typically I find most people's heads are swimming with an overload of information by the end of our tours. Hope you enjoyed our beautiful city all the same, Anne

May I bring my dog on a leash?

I am certainly a dog lover, and I don't mind. However, people on tour may be a little nervous around dogs. Please be sure to have the dog on a leash, bring water, and try to be curtious of others. Thanks, Anne
