Joe Riley Stadium is home to the Charleston Riverdogs, concerts, camps, and other activities. It is one of the nicest minor league stadiums in America, and is situated on the banks of the Ashley River. It is extremely popular in Charleston, and Riverdog games are known across the country for their unique promotions, Friday night Fireworks, and one of their quirky co-owners (Bill Murray).

Beautiful ballpark on a nice sunny evening. Easy to get to on the outskirts of the city. Typical food and beer available here. Nice sized crowd for a minor league park, and icing on the cake, they won on the night we were there to visit. Relaxing night after a day of walking around Charleston shopping. Worth a visit!

Not knowing what to expect at this Minor League Ballpark, we were pleasantly surprised. What a wonderful experience! Riley Jr. Park had many amenities, a good variety of food options, a small, but nice gift shop, and other fun things to do. Even though we purchased the tickets during our trip, we had great seats on the third base line.... More

The atmosphere is outstanding overlooking the Charleston harbor, and the stadium is fantastic for a family day or night at the ballpark. The Joe is a place to go during baseball season, so if you are in town or coming to town get your tickets online for some of the best seats in the house to watch the Great American... More

Tons of food, my son loved the mascots walking around, and the hill seating in right field was perfect for both kids. Parking was real easy, and just a short walk tot he stadium. We had been told that there can be a mosquito issue, but we had no problems at all.

For a single A baseball stadium this place is pretty nice. The facilities are clean, the ball field itself is immaculate, parking is reasonable, and you have the added benefit of beautiful sunsets over the tidal marsh behind the stadium. This is the home of the Charleston Riverdogs, the single-A farm team of the NY Yankees. I would have given... More

We were there for the September 2016 playoffs. Great little ballpark with small town atmosphere. All staff were helpful and friendly. Not a bad seat in the park. Affordable. Farm team of Yankees. Food needs and upgrade. Would recommend this park.

Have never had a bad time here...even went with a sinus cold and had a good time. Fun atmosphere, drunks are kept under control, good baseball fun for all ages (but watch your head for fly-balls).

Took in a game while we were in town, we love to visit ballparks, minor and major league. Its a beautiful park with some parking issues, and in strange location. But once inside the park, we were pleasantly surprised. There were a lot of food options for adults and kids. The prices were average for the minor league parks we... More

"The Joe" is what you would expect from a minor league park. They often have promotions and fireworks after the game. If you like baseball it's a nice night out for couples, kids or groups. One thing they do that I love and it's a must if you're a beer drinker. You go to a booth, show your ID and... More
