Watch Hill is still an active light that has a neat little museum that is open during the summer months. The museum was free the last time I went. The present light, located in the village of Watch Hill, was built in 1856 and is...More

I've been walking to the lighthouse once in awhile for almost 10 years and it is always a beautiful walk. Park in Watch Hill and it's a short walk out ot the lighthouse along the picturesque stint coastline. A must see for and lovely walk!

The Watch Hill lighthouse is situated down a private road on the furthest point of Watch Hill (obviously since it’s a lighthouse). It’s the perfect place to take in the ocean breeze, fly a kite, or walk your dog (on a leash of course). There...More

The Watch Hill lighthouse is up the hill from town.tue walkway is private no cars. It’s an easy walk by huge waterfront homes. The lighthouse is a on the edge of East Beach. It’s a great viewpoint at the end.

You have to go in the spring or fall. Too crowded in the summer. Don't be put off by the no entry sign off watch hill road. Leads down to great parking area by the lighthouse. Wonderful waves and sea air.
