We had a nice enough site here, but we didn't appreciate being disturbed at 8:15 AM by an army of huge lawn mowers. We used to work at a campground. Rule was, no mowing until 9 AM, just out of common courtesy of the guests....More

Very bumpy pothole road to get to, but worth the stop! Very pretty and lovely to walk either on the small sand area or the rocks.

Our third year at Fisherman's and we will return again in the future. It is convenient to beaches, restaurants and very quiet in the evening despite being adjacent to Route 108 and the Galillee escapre Route. Our BIGGEST problem was asking questions of park staff...More

One of the best campgrounds for your money. It is very easy to get to the local attractions either by bike or using the trolley. We rode our bikes to Roger Wheeler State Beach easily with 7, 9 and 11 year olds. That is a...More

Great campground, great rates, Area 1 is the best with paved rv pads and quite level. Close to all beaches, trolly stop, Block Island Ferry and walking.

We went earlier in the day to check out the view. It is a spectacular 360 degree view. People were fishing out on the point But going back to see the sunset had an amazing bonus. Fireworks from every direction! It was incredible.

Terrific local produce, flowers, handmade crafts, soaps, lotions, salad dressings and marinades, scrumptious baked goods, including breads, pastries, etc. also a crepe vender and special goodies for your pets. A "must go to" if you are in the area on Sunday's.

Great campground if you want to be close to everything. No frills thou! The bathhouses are a bit rustic, just wear sandals when taking a shower. Cost $0.75 for a 3 min shower, FYI so bring quarters! The kept the bathrooms clean enough. The staff...More

We visited here and enjoyed it very much, the only unfortunate thing is that there seemed to be quite a bit of litter, it is so sad that people can't just carry out their garbage. They should be ashamed of themselves!! If I was a...More
