This is a great place to watch sailboat races from and provides an excellent vantage point for photos. Also a delightful place for a walk, frisbee toss, dog walk or family gathering.

Colt is a treasure here on the East Bay. The park is well maintained and features several walkable pathways. Viewpoints provide a range of vistas including Providence to Newport landmarks on a clear day.

Can't beat this place. Fishing, boat ramp picnic areas and the sights fabulous. One of the best parks around and free to get in. Highly recommend this place.

Drive into this park then along Narragansett Bay and find your special spot. Sit on a bench with binoculars to scan to water and coastline. Or select a picnic table to eat at. There are restrooms in this area, charcoal grills. Continue driving the loop past a quaint chapel and on to a cove area where people dig for quahogs.... More
