Majestic view and twisty new blacktop road leading to top for us biker types. Great spot to hit while touring the Endless Mt area of Pa.

I really no knowledge of this, however, I would say contacting the State Park Service would be a good place to start probably. You may also find information through the Chamber of Commerce in Wellsboro, Pa.

With the lack of rain this year many rivers are very low. I would check with PA. fish &game website for your answer too.
