Nice park overall. The trails were well kept and the lake is really pretty. Not exactly "hiking" trail, more like casual nature walks. Would recommend coming here for some fresh air, but check out some other areas if you would like to do serious hiking

Nice place to visit. Fir a few hours with family. Lots of trails to enjoy around the lake. You can take your dogs with you and give them some exercise as well as yourself. Very scenic and east to get to.

Our family enjoyed our picnic and swimming at the park. The restrooms are very clean and have showers for a small fee. The grandkids played in the lake residue and all, it is lake water. Nice benches and picnic tables.

We hiked the Range Trail through Bender Swamp and then took the powerline throughway back to the park entrance. Would not recommend it: this time of year, the foliage is so dense there's little to see on the trail and the bugs are big and...More

The park was busy the day we visited. We went to hike. The trail was very easy. We liked the views near the dam. Plenty of people on watercraft. Restrooms were super clean. Many picnics happening.
