This is a great place to stop and visit if you like train displays. These displays have so many details that they even give you a list to help you so you don't miss them! The lights dim every so often so you can see it in a night mode. Children will love finding the circus animals, fire trucks, many... More

Almost did not pay the $15 (7.5*2) for us to see the display. When we came out of the display room, all I could say was WOW! Words can't describe the intricate scenes and all the interesting detail built into the different areas. It was worth every penny. Don't miss out when going through the area! This was better than... I really enjoyed the place together with my wife, the craftsmanship is amazing and a beauty to look at it. My enjoyment was trying too see how everything was built and trying to see behind the scenes.

even if you are not a railroad buff, this place is enjoyable....and you don't need children with you to enjoy it either.....brings back the Christmas layout from childhood, just a lot of animation to enjoy.....the circus is amazing, and the house on fire is also a cute touch....fits right in with all the railroad attractions in the area

This place is fantastic for everyone both young and old. I have been to the Choo-Choo Barn many times on visits to the Strasburg area and always find something new and fascinating to see. You can spend as much time as you'd like checking out all the activities going on in the awesome train layout. The staff is extremely friendly... More

This museum is truly amazing. It's a miniature collection of villages from the surrounding Lancaster, Strasburg area with a lot of trains and many moving parts. It is so well done and completely captivating - we loved it. I would recommend it for all ages.

I have been a train collector and enthusiast for over 45 years but must admit the Choo Choo Barn is one of the best displays I have ever seen and I have seen many. It takes on the flavor of the Amish countryside and has tremendous and unique operating displays. One of the crowds favorite is the house on fire... More

Was worried at first that this was a tourist trap attraction but we went anyway. Wow! Can't wait to go again! So much to see! The detail in this display was well worth the time we spent. Will visit again really soon!

I've been to Choo Choo Barn several times, with friends, family, and recently with my own kids. It's a hit every time. Taking in all the detail is fascinating, and I love how they are always adding to the display while still leaving the old favorites we love returning to look at time and time again. I love that it... While waiting for lunch nearby, decided to take our 2 granddaughters, ages 4 & 8, to kill some time. We knew nothing about this place before we saw it. I was surprised that there was an entrance fee for the 4 year old, but at $4.50/kids & $7.50/adults ($24.00 total), this display is well worth the money. Especially because you... More
