We visited during move-in week and enjoyed walking the campus and trying a few local restaurants. The campus is very walkable but if you do drive around there are plenty of inexpensive parking lots. If I were young again I'd want to be a Nittany...More

Attended the Central PA Arts Festival. The Campus is a great place to walk and enjoys the arts. Many attractions and stuff to do in the area.

It's always a good time to visit Happy Valley. Top notch school in a serene mountain setting. Any season is great as long as you bundle up in the winter.

We toured Penn State as a perspective freshman. The campus is large and spread out but very nice. The students were friendly and the information sessions were very helpful.

The campus is huge! There are a lot of historic buildings mixed with new buildings. It is peaceful to walk through the campus in the evening and see everything lit up. Make sure you stop at the creamery on your tour!

Campus was nice and clean. Drove around a bit and stopped at the stadium and then the creamery to get some ice cream. I would have enjoyed going to college here - seemed like everything was well kept and the town has everything you need.

I agree with Honda4. The house my son rented has been partially empty since the beginning of May. The lease is until the end of August.
