Simple,but nice. You have a museum with many photos of the rescue and the people that were there, like President Bush.and equipment that was used on the rescue. The actual hole the men were pulled up through is still there and you can walk right...More

Off the beaten path a bit. But worth the trip. Nice exhibits, has a video and audio exhibits. On a privet farm. Richard Harrisburg, Pa.

We stopped by on way to flight 93 memorial from Somerset. It is a very interesting park and we were surprised at how small the mine shaft was.

Miners were rescued in July 2002 from a coal mine. Very interesting exhibits. On a bus trip so time constraints seeing museum.
