You can see Phil in the town library though glass window. Gobbler's Knob is a little drive out of town. Kids could walk up on stage and see stump Phil is pulled out of. Neat to see in person. Very few people in June but...More

While visiting relatives in Indiana, PA we took a trip through Amish country to see Punxsutawney Phil at his home in the local library. He was snoozing but still fun to see his cute front teeth!

My husband and I were glad we made a visit to Gobbler's Knob. Bob Young the tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the history of Ground Hog Day in great detail. We appreciated his enthusiasm, and the time he spent with us.

The park offers very little when groundhogs day is a distant memory. It is a beautiful area for a senic drive. If you are out that way stop by so you can say you've been there!
