Plenty of little souvenir shops although every second shop sells the same steelers memorabilia. A great place to pick up gifts

I have been to the strip many times but just to eat and leave. So for our weekend getaway we took a shuttle from our hotel to explore the strip for the day. Fell in love with it all! Something for everyone! During our day we walked down the strip and kept walking to the David Lawrence Convention Center for... More

There are so many great shops especially the fresh Italian shops with fresh cheeses and meats. The small is awesome. The restaurants are great to eat at. Reasonable prices. Clothing, shoes and art stores.Variety of everything. Always busy so parking isn't really good. Get there early.

An endless supply of shopping resources. From food to fabric or flowers. You can buy anything wholesale. Excellent quantity quality inconvenience in the number of blocks off Smallman Street and Penn Avenue

Fun area to visit. Can get Pittstburgh gear on the cheap. A variety of dining options. A little difficult to get to if you are not familiar with the ins and outs of the city, so maybe public transortation or taxi would be a help.

This street is amazing--it was packed with holiday shoppers but I'm told it is always packed. It felt like many of the European markets I had visited--though nestled in the outskirts of downtown Pittsburgh. We just wandered up one side and down the other of the street--taking in the sites and smells. Had we not just had a DELICIOUS and... More

The worst is the parking. You qccomplish that and you will SO ENJOY the food and shops....Korean, Italian, Polish and on and on. I always pick up a container of lobster bisque soup from Whollys to take home. Yum.

I never come back home without a stop at the strip. Everything is here and the black and gold is everywhere.
