Our tour guide was Jessie. He was both informative and funny. I was with a 14 year old and I felt comfortable that Jessie was taking all necessary safety precautions! Great ride!

Segway was relatively simple to learn an operate. Tour guide was good. There is some good architecture and really nice views of the city.

No, you need both hands and cannot have anyone strapped on your back. The ride can be pretty bumpy and goes over several bridges. May not feel safe for you if a toddler is on your back.
