I visited just after a heavy snow but it would be a fantastic place for bike riding in warmer weather. About 150 miles of trail . Lots of lovely waterfalls to see and of course there is Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob close by .

Beautiful in every direction! Only had time for 1 hike but it was fantastic; Ferncliff & Cucumber Falls. The town is small and not a lot open in March but still Mother Nature was kind so we were able to get around to see several of the high points. Look forward to coming back in warmer weather but this time... More

Love hiking here year round; biking, river sitting or camping in the summer. Lots of accessible waterfalls for photo ops.

Ohiopyle has come a long way since I was a kid and my sister almost went over the rapids! They now have a beautiful visitors center, complete with a display on hydroponics and the local river systems. Bathrooms! and lots of parking. The falls are lovely and well worth the hike across the far bridge and over to the other... More

The winter scenery was beyond fantastic. Amazing views to the point of inspiring our May camping and hiking trip. After the spectacular views and photographs we can't wait until our Springtime arrival.

This is a great day trip. Reservations must be made for white water rafting. This place is busy in the summer, to say the least! The new visitors' center is a must: hands on activities available. Great for families.

We went here on the day after Christmas. It was relatively warm for this time of year, and a perfect day for amateur photographers. The rafting tours were all closed, but we saw many people bring their own kayaks and rubber rafts. As someone said, the parking area is large, and the restrooms were new and very clean. We photographed... More

Walks and trails are all superbly maintained and the views are lovely. Fishing is plentiful and white-water kayaking is mostly advanced.

We live within 30 minutes of Ohiopyle and make a visit several times yearly, especially when we have company visiting. There's plenty to see outdoors and walking/biking trails are excellent. Local shops are a bit pricey but fun to explore.

This waterfall is incredible. I would absolutely not want to go over this fall in a canoe, or anything for that matter. The water just rolls over, and over. Really nice to watch.
