The staff were friendly. However even with groupon overpriced. Not much to see. We went on the fall foilage ride. No bathroom. Figured two hours was ok, an could manage however on way back Train broke down told us track broke it became 4 hours of hell sitting on train, long line to an outhouse bathroom stuck on train. While they... More

Thank you for your candid feedback. We appreciate any comments from our riders and always use them to improve our services. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding service to our guests and I am disappointed if we fell short of your expectations. New Hope & Ivyland Railroad - is something like riding a train 200 years ago... Nice job, guys! Slow and lots of views alone the canal and through the vintage towns.

While visiting New Hope, we took a 45 minute excursion on this train round from New Hope to Lahaska and back. Lots of fun, and one can purchase snacks and drinks if so desired. There's live information as you travel through the countryside educating riders about the history of the area and famous people who've stayed in some of the... More

We've taken this train ride several times and have enjoyed it every time. A great attraction for locals and for your out-of-town guests.

My husband and I decided to spend a day in New Hope and booked the Fall Foliage train ride. The station at New Hope is nice. It was decorated for fall and Halloween and has a nice little gift shop and clean bathrooms. The ride itself was fine... nothing spectacular, but relaxing and enjoyable. We went on October 15, so it... More

This is only for the Halloween train ride and not the overall New Hope & Ivyland Railroad. I am sorry to say that this was absolutely terrible. 7 of us came from 2 hours away and really looked forward to this. But we were extremely disappointed. The concept had potential - a spooky train ride on a dark night. But... More

Take a trip into the past with some classic trains. They have various rides through the year. Wine tasting, Halloween, North Pole Express and fall foliage rides. Just a nice relaxing ride. Check the website for details.

Well worth the money. Employees were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area and history of the area. If you enjoy trains you will want to take this 45 minute ride!
