This is one of the most wonderful places I've been to. I've lived 10 minutes away and just now discovered it. I've been there twice in the past 3 months, and they will certainly be on my list for a charitable donation come Christmas. They...More

Me and my wife came here to go to the Full Moon Wolf Festival. I gave this 4 stars, and the only reason was the gift shop. The gift shop was very small and we wanted to buy some stuff because it's a non profit...More

Took a tour with Russ and learned so many interesting facts about wolves and solved some misconceptions too. The tour lasted nearly 2 hours and we saw almost half the wolves at the sanctuary. The animals are clearly well cared for and given a second...More

This place is incredible and interesting! The wolves are beautiful. We got lost and arrived late. We thought we had missed the tour, but it turned out to be so crowded that they had 3 tour groups, so we got into the last one! So...More

I took my 8-year-old daughter on this tour on a Tuesday morning at 10 am. You visit around 5 or 6 enclosures and the wolves come right up to the fence because the guide brings meaty snacks. They are such beautiful animals and the guide...More

Loved the sanctuary! The guides were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered everyone's questions. You can tell they live their job and are very passionate. My only complaint is that it was PACKED!! They have a campfire and you are told to bring your own...More

Great Place To See Wolfs Up Close And Learn About Their Traits. Staff was very informative. Also showed how close our husky is to her ancestors.

If you like wolves, and want to learn some things you didnt know about them, visit them. The guide was informative, and really made the trip interesting. The wolves are well cared for, and a real treat to see up close.

Hi! I would like to know if wheelchairs are an acceptable form of taking the daytime tour. I have serious knee and low back issues and will be 6 months out of a laminectomy. I do walk but very, very limited. I will have family with me to help with the wheelchair. I also can push my own wheelchair over the terrain. And also do you have rentable wheelchairs there or should we rent them from someone else. I am coming in from Atlanta, Ga to visit family and they know I love wolves and would like to bring me there. Thank you for your time in this matter. I am Sharon Beaver.

Hi Sharon. Your wheelchair will limit you to approximately half the wolf habitats. Half of the wolves are located on both sides of a very steep hill. The other thing to take into consideration is that the pathways are... More

I have someone in my group who is Low Vision and would do fine on the walking tour but we were concerned that she wouldn't be able to see the wolves in the dark. Is there any sort of lighting around the pens or is it just moonlight?

There probably is some low lighting, but I am not sure I have not attended a moonlight, depending on how early it starts it will still be light out. I really think the after dark is more about hearing the wolves than seeing... More
