This beautiful home has been restored to it's 1700s grandeur. Our guide took us through the home and offered us a glimpse at the history. I loved that we were able to go through the whole house (with the exception of the attic. You could...More

An interesting farm. House and barn; some farm animals. Yes, George Washington did stay here and planned his crossing of the Delaware river from here. Some re-enactings, some colonial crafts. Good for photographers and when holding colonial craft days it's great for kids.

Nice place to check out to see how the people lived back in the early days...early 1800's nice tour by candle light. Really was a nice night out. Reinactment was spot on.

We are very fortunate to live near this historic site. We have visited many times and our grandchildren have gone to the summer camp which they really enjoy.

Went to a candlelight tour with family and friends. It was cold but gave us a very good representation of how life was at the time of the American Revolution! Would be a very good visit in conjunction with Valley Forge National Park.
