A great scenic spot let down by irresponsible filthy dog owners, so much dog poo on the paths and on the verges, why can't people take responsibility for their dogs - clean it up please and stop soiling this lovely spot.

Breathtaking scenery at Lizard Point. This is so different from Lands End which has become tacky. We parked in the national trust car park (we are members) and the attendant on duty was welcoming, friendly and informative. The walk down was short but would be difficult for disabled as very steep. Although we did try the cafe on the point... More

It's a nice place to visit, long walks next to the coast. There is a cafe down the hill not too far from the car park as well as WC. Summer would be a wonderful place to have fun however if you come in March like we did, make sure you have plenty clothes, it's cold and windy on the... More

From Atlantic house you can walk in either direction towards Kynance Cove and onward or towards the Lizard lighthouse and onwards

It's a long way down to the Lizard peninsula, but well worth the journey if you want to see the Cornwall you've envisaged from books. Lizard point and nearby Kynance cove are as wild and craggy as imagination allows and storyboards relating stories of historical shipwrecks abound, their tales easily visualised as you look at waves crashing onto the rocks.... And to think I only stopped here because I browsed TripAdvisor. Why is this place not more well known!?!?! We spent a good while just listening to the waves crashing down, and watching the sea bounce up the rocks... We passed by on a windy day but wow. I could have say there for hours. Such a beautiful part of... More

We walked part of the way down to Kynance Cove. Instead of going all the way down (as the tide was in) I went a across the grass to view the vista from the cliff. A great vantage point to take pictures. After Kynance we drove to the Lizard for a cuppa. No matter what time of year, this is... More

Cafe at Kynance was welcomely open in March. Sat and watched the waves dance, collide, and trash the impressive rocks. I could spend a long time here sipping a beverage and enjoying the view.

This beautiful cove must be seen to be believed. We visit it a few times a year as it is only 10 miles from home. When we need to be picked up, we go there as we always leave in a happier frame of mind. Go there Now!!
