Attended the theatre to see My Fair Lady with a couple of friends, who were visiting. We were all favourably impressed with both the production and the quality of the performance. My friends (from London), were amazed that this standard was available at our local...More

Thank you for your kind comments. We think that our production of My Fair Lady is great and our audience seem to agree. Have you seen any of our other In-House shows?

First time here - didn't realise it existed. Fab out door theatre. Brilliant last minute gig with JC speaking via a phone!! Interesting entertainment programme. Luckily took the organisers advice and brought a cushion and blanket as it was chilly - the midges weren't friendly!...More

I have lived in the area since I was born, and I have visited loads and been part of stage kids at sterts when I was younger. Sterts is amazing from its uniqueness to their staff and volunteers. The only disappointing thing is the seats!...More

Thanks Rebecca, we loved Solid Gold Seventies as well. It's good to hear that you think our volunteers are amazing, we don't really have many staff, the front of house teams are all volunteers, isn't that brilliant? Totally agree about the seats but we do...More

Thanks for your review, we quite agree, Solid Gold Seventies were great weren't they? Good advice about the cushions, those benches seem to get harder as the evening goes on although it is a good excuse to get up and dance!

Somewhat out in the depths of Cornwall, ( just outside Liskeard ), lies a Yurt, in which varied and diverse entertainments are staged. We went last night to watch Russell Kane, and had the added bonus of a two course home cooked meal before the...More

Thank you for your review. We think that you are the first people to describe our canopied amphitheatre as a "Yurt". We rather like the sound of that, "come to the Sterts Yurt" has a certain ring to it! We're glad that the whole evening...More

Thoroughly enjoyed the show and the pre-show meal was delicious and well-priced, such a good idea more places should think of including it. Just don't forget a cushion and blanket - it was warm weather but got colder despite the well-deserved applause!
