I lost my precious ring in the Thames river in a marina in Marlow. Many people told me there was no chance of ever finding it. The ring went down to the bottom ( 7-8 feet down) and the water was dirty with hardly any visibility. It had been lost for 5 days! Martin arrived with a preordered metal detector ((especially for this project). He reassured me that he had a 100% record for recovering objects and would find it. He brought two tanks of air and said he was determined to recover it for me. He persevered under difficult conditions and after 30 mins, I thought it was a lost cause.! Then he came to the surface, holding my ring... I couldn’t believe it ! I cried in relief and shock! Martin is such an amazing person. He was a gentleman and really cared, as he understood my upset and how much it meant to me to find it. Thank you to him and this amazing experience! You are the best !! Lisa Church (Marlow).

Having had a poor experience with another, somewhat rude, local dive shop servicing my equipment (they were sent away somewhere else) I was initially apprehensive. However all my doubts were put to rest as soon as I entered the shop (on a Sunday!) and was greeted and tended to by Sue. Very friendly, informative and a pleasure to talk to, I was happy to put my new regulators in for servicing. I also requested a change of hoses (which needed to be ordered) and a new long bite mouthpiece. I soon received an email stating that the regs were done and ready for pick up. They also included a service sheet detailing what has been done and the test results. Fantastic! I was soon back in the shop collecting my regs. I was able to take a few dry breaths and although they felt a bit forced, I was happy with them. Divecrew even encouraged me to test them in their pool if I wasn't completely happy (something I could still do) and retested the balancing as they were concerned by my initial reaction. However, I'm positive that they will perform as expected under pressure since a dry breath test isn't indicative of how they should perform in the water. Serviced on site, 10% off for off season servicing and a bag of Haribo to munch on the short drive home! I'm very happy to have found a local, friendly dive centre and shop that can service equipment on site and provide invaluable advice. I'll be back!

Scubamonk, thank you for your detailed and very kind review. It is appreciated. You are very welcome to try your regulators before your holiday in our pool. We like to ensure our guests are happy and the service we provide is of the highest quality. We would like you to goon holiday with an easy mind and no concerns. Your kind comments have been fed back to Sue and Terry the technician that serviced your regulators. Thank you for taking the time to review us and thank you for choosing Divecrew. We love Haribos too!

I can’t recommend divecrew enough they were totally amazing with my grandsons and was very impressed with the professionalism regarding adaptive learning as one of my grandsons has autism and has to have time to understand. Iain brown was very easy to get on with as were all the team. Definitely booking bubble maker course and i can highly recommend this five star dive school.

Everyone at Divecrew is super friendly, professional, and helpful. From the minute you first enquire, right through the course, and finishing you can tell this shop and the people involved know their stuff and want you to enjoy yourself. I can't wait to learn more about the world of diving with them!
