Once again, I give this place a two thumbs up. Family friendly and educational. Amply parking and plenty of indoor fun.

I attended the Farm Show this year, mostly for the Food Court and not the animals and other sights. Parking was fine although very full. Crowds were tolerable. The food is always a pleasure, especially the milk shakes, fried cheese, and countless other unhealthy foods. This is an iconic PA experience which is worth your time at least once. It... More

I went with my girlfriend and her family for the 100th and 101st Farm Show. The farm show is always a good time. I was a little disappointed this year as the number of entires had decreased by about 1/3 due to the Farm Show now charging to enter exhibitors projects. Also, the week of the Farm Show brought ice... More

I visited the farm so complex for the 2017 farm show and it is a must see. The complex is very big i was there for 2 day and spent about 7 hours each day there, there is so many things to see such as animals, shops, demonstrations and the food is a must. There is probably over 20 different things to... More

The PA Farm Show is iconic to Central PA because is brings an appreciation for our farmers and agriculture. Also, there are more vendors selling anything from speciality foods, to sauces, honey, and various apparel than anywhere in the area. Albeit, Farm Show only once a year, which makes sense for the sheer numbers of people that come out to... More

We visit the 2017 PA Farm Show for the first time as a family and there is SO much to see and do! Tons of good food as well. It got too crowded for us by late morning so we left but the complex itself is expansive!

This was our first trip for 2017 and it was truly exciting. Even if you are not in to farming this is a great way to learn about what an important part Pennsylvania agriculture plays in our economy and the diverse group of people you will see and meet there. From all the foods and cooking demonstrations to the crops... More

The Farm Show in early January is an indoor state fair, but the only ride is carousel. Acres and acres of animals, competitions, food, food samples, information and vendors takes several days to see in its entirety. Even just 3 hours will give you an excellent taste. See the ducklings that might or might not go down the slide, and... More

Every year, the farm show rolls around in Harrisburg and the best part of it is the food! The very best milkshakes, fried vegetables, fried cheese cubes, sweet potatoes, and all kinds of great samples in the exhibition hall! The animals are fun to see too!

This is an excellent event for the entire family. Get there at 0900 hours when they open; it gets crowded quickly. There's something for everyone here.
