We spend a lot of time in this park. We own a pontoon boat and each spring more her at the park for the season. There are a lot of activities run year round. For several years now, there has been an Eagle Cam set up for an aerie on the edge of the park which has received national US... More

Ever since I was little my family has had a boat in the Codorus lake, a beautiful man made lake with tons of activities to do in its state park. I have yet to see litter, especially in the water. Everything is kept clean including its variety of hiking trails. There is a pool (you cannot swim in the lake)... More

It is great place to go for a walk and take in nature and enjoy the views. There are all sorts of areas for fishing, hiking trails, camping area, swimming areas, and more. Well worth the time to look into and go visit, you can't beat free for most of it, you will have to pay to go swimming and... More

I feel so fortunate to have this park in our town! It's so beautiful and offers so many outdoor activities, such as kayaking, boating, hiking, and frisbee golf. Fun for the whole family!

Looking for a way of spending quality time with your kids this is the place. Camp and be safe. The Ranger Service is very active and forget about the Blair Witch Project. Regardless of the weather conditions this is the place to visit.

Just recently stayed at Codorus SP for 2 nights. Had taken our dog with us. Pets are allowed, but only on specific pet friendly sites. Over 190 sites including cabins and yurts. But only about 40 are pet friendly. The site are well kept and the facilities are clean. Plenty of hot water for showers. It may have been the... More

This is a great state park. It has a nice camping area. Fishing and boating are very popular here, as well as swimming, mountain biking, skating, and hiking. This park as a lot to offer.

We talk a walk around LaHo trail (lake). It was very beautiful. The walk was not strenuous. However, if you need walking assistance of any kind, you should not take the walk. It is on a small path that is a little rough with roots, rocks etc. it will take about an hour to walk all around the lake. The... More

I come here to just relax. I always run/hike the mary furnace trail which is an easy trail. I can run it in about 30 minutes. I always stop at the water and just sit in silence. It is truly so serene and easy to get to. The only con to this trail is lack of parking, about 5 cars... More
