One of my favorite places to go to photograph sunsets.

This is one of my favorite places to go to photograph sunsets. I used to fish from shore there, but it seems like the water level kept getting lower.

The nature center is nice and there is a large loop around the lake which made for a good 4 mile walk. The terrain is easy if going with anyone who can't manage a more challenging terrain. Scenery was nice.

This is a beautiful place for hiking or fishing! So many beautiful trails for walking, bird watching and great picnic areas. No motorized boats but we love to take our little pedal boat, so much fun. Gorgeous man made lake!

I fished there this summer and was practically alone. This is a manmade reservoir, non-power only. I heard that ppl is selling the nearby powerplant to Talen and the preserves future is uncertain...there were a few articles about this in the local paper. Anyway, its a beautiful place and would be a shame for it to be closed.

Great place to get away and hike, picnic, or kayak. There is a trail that goes around the lake with beautiful views. They have covered pavilions and tables to have a family picnic. The place area is very clean.

This is a great place to take the family. Hiking, fishing, picnicking, watching wildlife, photography, and nature study are just a few of the things to do here. The nesting bald eagles and there young are often seen flying over the Lake. The Visitors Center has a wonderful museum. There are many unusual things that children can handle. There is... More
