There's a beautiful drive on the way in to the beach. You park and then walk down to the beach. I recommend timing it so you are there for sunset because the light is breathtaking as it sets through wreckage. It's amazing to me that...More

The "shipwreck" doesn't have a lot left of it, and it's kinda cool to see pieces of an old ship, but it's just pieces at this point.

The beach here is gorgeous and the shipwreck makes for some unique photo ops. Free parking and fun beach. What more could you use for?

We have stopped here several times over the years and this is pretty cool. The beach is nice, parking free, easy to get to and the ship wreckage isn't far at all. I would say a must go and see.

Beautiful beach and fun place to see. Definitely go at low tide, and enjoy seeing this. Not worth a separate trip, but we really liked it.

Beautiful beach with miles to walk. Interesting view of the Peter Iredale remains & love the sand dollars that wash up on the shore!

This was one of those "once in a lifetime" things. We had a blast! My teens even took pic's and posted them on their social media saying it was awesome. Very cool.
