We've spent many days skiing at Timberline this year, and I can't say enough good things! Plenty of intermediate trails for our younger skiers. I did not hear one word of profanity, very welcoming and friendly staff, efficiency getting tickets and no lift lines to...More

The area features a bunch of predominately Intermediate trails. The day I was there there had been 6" of fresh soft powder snow overnight which had been mostly groomed. Conditions were excellent and just right for my first time skiing in a couple of years....More

This place is fun and full of smiles. The snow is FANTASTIC and the people are even better. The lodge is one of a kind and the history is even better. Fun for the whole family. See ya there.

Without a clear understanding of lunch options and distances to our next destination, we began our drive up the incredibly steep switch backed road to Hood Mountain. Along the way we passed a sign for the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT). I couldn’t imagine anyone fool...More

If you have lift ticket or season pass, you get a discount on the lunch buffet. It's still a bit pricey (lower price for kids) so come hungry, but well worth it. Vegan and vegetarian options available, and tasty meats for the carnivores. Dessert table...More

We purchased lessons and lift tickets before prior to our ski date. We left before 7 am from Welches (19 miles away) and arrived at the Timberline turnoff as the road closed (parking full). We were diverted to the shuttle bus parking where we waited...More

Timberline simply can not handle the amount of people that want to come ski from the Portland area. The parking lot is full by 8:30am on the weekends, leaving the shuttle as the only option. Doesn't sound too bad right? Except the shuttle doesn't start...More

We enjoy coming up to the lodge to not ski, but see the place, We enjoyed the lodge, but the 2 hour wait for a shuttle bus to go to the lodge was stupid. Once leaving the lodge with all the skiers, and waiting in...More

Two weeks after purchasing season tickets, my son was diagnosed with a tumor and needed surgery, therefore we won't be able to ski this winter. I called guest services and explained the situation - I was directed to Miles, the manager. Miles was rude and...More

Just had Christmas dinner in the Cascade Dinning Room. Actually we were seated in what is normally the main lobby lounge by the big windows. Much brighter and very nice with a large crowd, we didn’t feel cramped together. There is a specific menu with...More
