My friends and I decided to visit the Falls as we drove from Eugene. Sahalie Falls was truly inspiring!. The area still had lots of snow, which made the trip even cooler! The Falls were beautiful. Due to the snow cover we could not completely explore everything. I recommend that you visit in the summer.

Gorgeous and cool!!! We went multiple times during the summer. It offers a nice easy to moderate hike along the river. On the REALLY hot days, this was my go to. It's about 15-20 degrees cooler near the falls and river.

These falls have wheelchair accessible paths, though tree roots do make rolling somewhat of a challenge. The viewpoints are well away from the falls, so a certain amount of telephoto it nice. Your results might be nice enough to enlarge and frame for your wall.

Sahalie Falls was a recommended attraction by our Bed & Breakfast hosts in Vida, OR. The falls are located in the Willamette National forest and boast foaming white water plunging 100 feet over a natural damn. We arrived in the rain which made the scenery extremely green and lush. The falls were beautiful! The mist from the falls mixed with... More

I'm using this attraction as a rating for the entire Mackenzie River Trail system since on exists. The trail passes these falls so close enough... A group of us mountain biked the trail from just above Clear Lake down to Mackenzie Bridge. We took a $30 shuttle to the top from Mackenzie River Mountain Resort. Wow, what a trail!! Coming... More

The falls are absolutely stunning and a must do when in the area. A short hike that anyone can do and you follow a river so lots of photo opportunities. A little crowded for my taste but a great hike nonetheless.

These are two of the many beautiful water falls you will find in Oregon. Both falls are a short walk from their parking lots. There are several good overlocks to view these falls from. Falls are a short drive from Sisters Oregon, which is a neat small town.

These falls are beautiful. The walks to each of these falls is easy. Definitely work the stop to view these falls. The parking is limited at Sahalie Falls and very limited to Koosah Falls. Park at Sahalie and hike the short loop trail. Don't forget to visit the Blue Pool. Enter through the Trail Bridge trailhead for the access off... More
