We took a sick friend who wanted to catch some fish "one more time." Rainbow Trout Farm beat my expectations by a mile! Owner John and second in command Greg could not have been nicer or more helpful. The concrete landing above our pond was perfect for a wheelchair. Rainbow supplied everything. Poles, nets, bait, etc., it was all there. They even offered a canopy cover because of the drizzle. We spent 2(+) hours not fishing, but CATCHING! All 4 of us had a blast. And our sick friend got his wish. I suspect it might get pretty busy during the summer, so I suggest coming early to beat the crowd.

I call this place a Fishing Oasis! Bring your wallet and some pliers to get the hook out. Otherwise, they have everything, poles, net, bucket, worms, etc. Caught my 1st fish here and it took a whole minute. They clean them for you and I rolled them in Panko and baked them right up. Delicious! I read the review of the man asking to look in his cooler. I'd be disappointed too and an apology should be forwarded to him. My experience with my children was fun and we will be going back 😊

I had such a great time here! John and Stephanie were absolutely wonderful and so helpful in our fish to table meal. They helped to clean the fish and gave a guiding hand on our cooking process at no charge! Overall, such a great experience, thanks so much!

Our 8 year old wanted to go fishing, so we took a picnic & headed to the trout farm. She loved catching her first fish, & was able to catch one for each member of her family. The fish were cleaned there, so it was “no muss, no fuss”. We’ll be bringing the 5 year old next time!
