We rode this tram down as part of the Portland 4T trail this summer. The downhill direction is free and takes about 5 minutes. The trick is finding the "station" within the OHSU maze. We ended up getting lunch in one of the cafeterias before...More

Worth the money (like $10 for two people, or less). When you get to the top you can see all of Portland and on a clear day you can see all the main mountain tops.

We had a beautiful view on a sunny day. We could see all the way to Mt. Saint Helen's and Mt. hood. You board the tram below about 50 yards from a MAX stop. The trip takes about 2 minutes each way, and you can...More

Inexpensive fun. Panoramic views of the river, city and surrounding area. Can be crowded with medical personnel but the operators are friendly.

If you have time it worth a ride!! But check the weather before, if it's not a good day and there is fog is not so nice ;)

We love heading over to the tram and riding up the hill to OHSU. The views are great and on a clear day you can see Mount Hood.

For someone who doesn't relish the experience of heights, this experience is something that would not be thought of as a favorite vacation moment. But the ride was smooth, scenic and something classic to the Portland experience. So, take a deep breath and see what...More

A family member was at OHSU for a couple of weeks. We would walk uphill through a cool neighborhood and forest each morning and take the tram down at night. The tram is free coming down and takes only 3-4 min. It is also beautiful...More

I think you're talking about Tillikum Bridge, it's the newest bridge over the Willamette River and it's only open to the light rail trains, buses, foot traffic or bicycles. It is pretty cool.

you can park up at hospital, ride tram down to OHSU bldg. river front, then back up to the car. If you have appointment at hospital or river front bldg. you may get a free tram pass.
