It should first of all be appreciated that this is still a working courthouse. Judge's rooms are inside as are libraries, and most importantly, security at the door (understandable). The security officers are very polite and very professional. Once inside, you will enjoy the majesty...More

Enjoyed a quick visit here- self guided tour, great to wander around with information on placards all around, nice introduction by security- need photo ID to get in- working old elevator and beautiful views

As a history buff this is really a neat old building. You have to make the trip all the way to the top.

For obvious reasons you need to show photo ID before they let you into this place, but the guards are friendly and the scanner is less traumatic than those at airports. Once you are through with that, they let you wander anywhere you like in...More
