Great place to stroll peacefully through the gardens. A whole lot of ducks and geese so watch your step for their excremental duties. Pet friendly with your animals on leash.

Crystal Springs rhododendron garden is a messy in the spring and early summer. When the Rhododendrum’s are in bloom it’s absolutely stunning. Read area to go for a nice stroll have a picnic or even your wedding. Another one of Portland‘s must see.

Another less heard of event...it is spectacular with color along with lush greenery. The garden is adorned with various plant in addition to the huge and beautiful Rhododendrons.

There is also no admission charged prior to 10AM, if you can get them there early enough, or after 6PM. The park itself is open dawn to dusk. So you still have an opportunity on Fridays.
